One of your Reps came out to my home, explained the job & brought samples. We had some issues with our insurance company and your Rep was there to help with that. I was told the crew would be at my house at 7 a.m. and they were right on schedule. Your Rep came out the day of installation to make sure all was going well, & see if I had any questions, and came out later in the evening to make sure we were satisfied with the job. The job was completed in a day as promised. Tarps were laid out around the house and over my vegetable garden. They cleaned up after themselves and we didn't have a big dumpster to deal with.
