Company History Since the 1970’s, the Spicer family has been involved in the custom flooring design, installation, maintenance, and repair of the highest quality products. Since its founding in 1977, AL Spicer Terrazzo, Marble, and Tile has been owned and operated by the Spicer family. In 2000, Spicer Family relocated its entire operation to the Seffner area east of the Tampa, Florida allowing for better coverage of the central Florida market could be realized. Today, AL Spicer Terrazzo, Marble, and Tile remains uniquely positioned in the marketplace as one of the very few contractors that cater directly to its customer base, which includes residential customers, Building Service Contractors, Healthcare and Educational Facilities, Real Estate Management companies, and the Hospitality Industry in the southeastern region of the U.S.A. The Terrazzo market has been the enduring product over the years since the late 1950’s. Our name is synonymous with the highest quality of materials and workmanship in our market today.
