We utilize this pre-employment assessment program that examines whether a caregiver has the right personality and behavior skills to provide quality care. Certification is based on recognition of 75% of staff having completed eight hours of Leaders in Dementia Care Training.

Around the Clock Care
We are available 24/7 to help you deal with issues that may arise outside of normal business hours. In addition we incorporate alerts into our scheduling software that sends us a text message if a caregiver is ever late insuring we never miss a shift.
