This course is designed to refresh your driving knowledge with a review of time-tested driving tips and an overview of todays vehicle and traffic laws. Successful completion of this program allows students 17 years of age to receive their blue card which is necessary to drive alone before 5:00 AM and after 9:00 PM. You will be taught by one of our qualified and trained NY State certified driving instructors. We will work very hard to set up a driving schedule that will work for you.
