We provide professional self-defense instruction for all students. We have many years of successful experience working with ADD and ADHD children.

The Academy offers Taekwondo Martial Arts Self-defense instruction to Men, Women and Children 4 years and older. We also offer instruction for competition in Non-contact and USAT full contact as well as Form competition. For Children the focus is on good self-esteem, courtesy, respect, self-control, good attitude and the willingness to try their best. For Adults the focus is Self-defense and fitness.
