The Association for Community Broadcasting, also known as ACB, is a nonprofit organization that conducts on-air auctions and special events, such as tennis and golf tournaments. Incorporated in 1969 as Association for Community Television, the organization provides community support services and organizes fundraising activities for HoustonPBS and Houston Public Radio. It operates in the media industry and serves customers in southeast Texas. In addition, the Association for Community Broadcasting is responsible for securing sponsorships and sells tickets of several special events. The organization manages the Association for Community Broadcasting Endowment Fund.
