We assist families dealing with Alzheimer's disease and other dementions plan for incapacity and the legal issues related to it. Including Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, and Living Wills and Healthcare Directive. We protect family homes and savings from the high costs of Nursing Homes and from from Medi-Cal recapture by the state of California. We serve Veterans of WWII, Korea, Vietnam, and the War on Terror. OFten we are able to successfully appeal cases when Veterans have been denied benefist for service connected illness or disability, including illness related to exposure to Agen Orange.
