Mr. Adams is the managing director of Adams Kessler PLC, a law firm with a state-wide practice representing residential and commercial associations as well as resort and retirement communities. In addition, his firm provides mediation services to community associations under the direction of retired Judge Larry Stirling, the firm’s senior counsel and author of the Davis-Stirling Common Interest Development Act (Civil Code section 1350, et seq.).
