Our History

Since its inception in 1996 (known then as Head Start Physical Therapy), Advance Rehabilitation has been a therapist owned and operated company specializing in Physical Therapy and on field Athletic Training and Sports Medicine.
With geographic hubs of operation in Northwest and Southeast Georgia, Advance has continued to grow and extend its coverage into Florida, Alabama and Virginia. Currently Advance Rehabilitation employs over 160 people in 4 states. Advance takes great pride in its ability to recruit and retain the best and most qualified employees across all job classifications including business office personnel, clinical support staff, and licensed professional staff.
