Akin Medical Center also provides treatment for the diseases, such as sinus, head and neck, allergy symptoms, and dizziness. It has an outpatient surgery center, treats snoring and sleep disorders and provides care for skin cancer. The center also provides hearing tests, hearing aids, thyroid and parathyroid surgeries, vocal disorders, trauma, facial fractures, and facial lacerations. It is headquartered in New Albany, Ind.
