To retrieve a box or file, simply call, email, fax or submit a request via our online order entry system using your record index. All record boxes are located in a protected area, with access available only to authorized Advanced Record Storage personnel. All services provided by Advanced Record Storage are provided by authorized employees. We do not sub-contract any services for our clients. There is no limit to the size and shape of the records you can store or to the amount of storage space you may use. To ensure your peace of mind and the safety of your vital records, we employ state-of-the-art security and fire-suppression systems to guard your records at all times.
