AfterHours Medical Care is a program that provides emergency rooms for the treatment of minor illnesses and injuries. The program offers treatment for fever, earaches, sore throats, cuts, sprains, and minor lacerations and burns. AfterHours Medical Care program is operated by the Lifetime Health Medical Group, which provides a range of health care services to more than 100,000 patients in Buffalo and Rochester, N.Y. The group offers pharmacy, laboratory, radiology, internal medicine, pediatrics, family practice and specialty care services. It also runs various programs based on behavioral health, family medicine, mammography, podiatry and urology. The group additionally conducts sessions for nutrition counseling and diabetes education.
