Who Qualifies?
You are eligible to receive our services if you are disabled, elderly, currently being treated for an illness or have been recently hospitalized and are essentially homebound. A plan of care will be developed for each patient and an order will be obtained from the patient's physician.

Skilled Home Health
Skilled home health services means health and medical services furnished in the consumer's temporary or permanent place of residence by a Licensed Nurse (RN), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Certified Nurse Aid (CNA), or Home Health Aide (HHA).
Skilled services include,Wound Care,Use of Medical Supplies, Including Drugs and Biologicals Prescribed By A Physician,Nursing Or Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) That Require The Supervision Of A Licensed Or Certified Health Care Professional Acting Within The Scope Of His Or Her License Or Certificate,Respiratory Care,Medication Administration
