AgeWell South Physical Therapy and Wellness, P.A. is a therapist-owned outpatient physical therapy practice, specializing in the unique therapy needs of mature adults. Our mission is to provide the most effective evidence-based outpatient physical and occupational therapy in an environment that is perfectly suited for the senior population. Our clinic, equipment and service are designed to best serve the unique needs of seniors. We hope you'll think of us when you or a loved one needs outpatient physical therapy. We are conveniently and centrally located in Delray Beach, Florida. Our staff includes a geriatric certified specialist, two certified exercise experts for aging adults, and a certified and licensed massage therapist. At the conclusion of physical therapy, our patients are invited to become fitness members. In this way, they are encouraged to exercise and build on all they gained from their therapy.
