It offers safe surfing on the Internet program for online safety of children and their parents. Its sexual assault prevention program provides tips to stay safe from sexual assaults, such as rape, date rape, inappropriate touching, obscene exposure and verbal assaults. Albemarle County Sheriff has a lost but found safe and sound series of programs that are designed to show ways to children if they become get lost in remote areas, such as parks and forests.
