Alcohol Recovery Solutions (ARS) has an innovative approach to treatment that incorporates a cognitive behavioral therapy model with focus on individual treatment planning. ARS includes individual counseling as a part of the intensive outpatient program to help address individual goals and life skills needed to help clients avoid relapse. We recognize that dual diagnosis issues must be addressed for a solid recovery. Substance abusers often battle with depression, anxiety, complicated grief, trauma history and other mental health issues. ARS does not offer 12 step based treatment, however clients are encouraged to attend 12 step meetings to supplement outpatient care and support lifelong recovery.
