Founded in 1950, Alexander Elementary School offers learning opportunities to more than 600 students in kindergarten through grade five. The school provides classes in a range of subjects, such as reading and math. It offers instruction in music, art and physical education. The school offers a dual language program in Spanish. Alexander Elementary School also provides guidance counseling, food and health care services. The school operates a parent-teacher association that participates in a variety of events.
