When you are ready to begin the liquidation process simply call us. We will perform a walk through of the property. Once we have taken a look, we can discuss what the best approach for a sale would be. There is no charge for our initial walk through. We will prepare your property and contents ready for a sale. This involves cleaning, sorting, pricing and display of your items. We deal with all necessary advertising, including placing ads in newspapers, printing flyers, and advertising on the internet. We use a large mailing list to inform potential customers what you have for sale. You really don't have to do anything in the home, that's what we are here for - setting up, sorting, going through, eliminating non salable items, pricing, controlling customers, and selling everything. The property will be left clean and empty after the sale is concluded. Our job is to make this process as stress free as possible for you. Once you have made the decision to use our service your work is done, simply leave the rest to us - our goal is your complete satisfaction.
