Amaru Confections

Amaru Confections is Boise, Idahos custom cake and dessert company. Since 2000, weve been creating unique one-of-a-kind confections for weddings, private parties, birthdays, baby showers, corporate events and other special occasions. We enjoy working with our customers on an appointment only basis to help them design a unique dessert for their event.

We are the only commercial bakery in the Boise area that operates a traditional bakery as well as a separate and 100% dedicated gluten free bakeshop. Our gluten free facility offers a wonderful selection of cakes, cupcakes and breakfast muffins. We also offer several of our gluten free items as both vegan & gluten free. Many of these items are available at various grocery stores, coffee shops and restaurants throughout Boise.

While custom cakes will always be our focus, our bakery also offers several varieties of Take-Away cupcakes, cakes, and muffins for anyone that pops-in needing a quick treat or last minute dessert.

We pride ourselves on sourcing our ingredients from local vendors whenever possible, and use non-GMO free range eggs, unbleached flours and natural flavorings for many of our baked goods. Everything we offer is made by hand in our bakeries, and is delivered fresh to our customers as well as the local retailers that carry our products.

Delivery is available throughout the Treasure Valley and within a 150 mile radius of Boise to include Sun Valley, McCall, Stanley, and Ontario. We look forward to working with you and hope that you will call or schedule a time to experience Amaru Confections first hand.
