Entry-level Independent Contractor/CSR/Business Partner. Service Fortune 500 companies like Choose from top companies like the #1 tax software company, a famous cruise line, the premier online retailer, the worlds most recognized Technology Company and more. Online CSR and company product training classes available now. SEATING IS LIMITED some of these companies offer training once a year. Service multiple companies from anywhere within the US. Training classes take from 30 to 60 days 4 to 6 hours per day Monday through Friday morning afternoon, or evening classes available depending on the opportunity. In some cases you will start earning customer service revenue during the last week of classes some even sooner. Top performers earn top pay and get first choice of service hours available. For example some hours are from 7 AM to 11 PM 365 days a year, and others are 24 hours a day 365 days a year while others are weekends only. You choose when you want to work based on performance. Begin your service contract after successful completion of training. Base pay is eight dollars an hour top performers earn more. You will also have the opportunity to become a full partner and have your own service company in less than two years. Requirements Must be committed to building your reputation as a top performing CSR. Must have call center or CSR/retail sales experience or be a business major with at least one year complete or any combination. Must pass background/credit check. Must have a quiet place to work. Must-have desktop computer with Windows 7 (windows 8 and laptops not compatible). Must have a high-speed Internet. Must have POTL (plain old telephone line) Internet VOIP phones accepted on some projects. Must have wired telephone with wired noise canceling headset (wireless phones and headsets not accepted).
