As a result, they are conditioned to feel afraid when they step into the dentist’s office. For this reason, I try to keep the atmosphere of my practice “undental-like”, from office appearance to persona of the dentist. This means that I am very open and honest in discussing treatment with patients, providing options and explanations, and once they choose their treatment, delivering it in the most comfortable and gentle way I know how.“
