We visually inspect readily accessible items, components and systems to identify defects and conditions that may adversely affect health and safety, durability or life expectancy of the systems or components, comfort or economy of operation. Home inspections and reports comply with the standards of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI). In addition, we evaluate structural condition, inspect for wood destroying Insects and check for substructure wood destroying fungi and structural moisture damage -- as required for a mortgage.

Our inspections are performed and reports are prepared in accordance with standards of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI). Wood Destroying Insect and Substructure Moisture Inspections are performed in accordance with standards of the Tidewater Pest Control Association (TPCA).
