It has a consumer rental fleet of more than 93,000 trucks, 78,000 trailers and 36,000 towing devices. Based in Phoenix, AMERCO Real Estate Company is a subsidiary of AMERCO, the holding company for U-Haul International, Republic Western Insurance Company and Oxford Life Insurance. AMERCO maintains corporate headquarters in Reno, Nev.
