Established in 1919 by the Congress, The American Legion is one of the world s largest wartime veterans organizations with more than 2 million members in over 14,500 locations worldwide. The organization provides job search, financial, moving, relocation and medical services. It has partnerships with First National Bank Omaha and Sears. The American Legion provides satellite television products and services for homes, business and posts through its part, Legion Dish. The organization also offers computer, mobile phones and wireless telephone services to members. In addition, it offers educational services through the American Legion National College. The American Legion raises funds for public welfare projects through its part, The Legion Riders.
