Established in 1979, it is a family-owned company that serves restaurants, hotels and resorts, as well as various grocery chains, such as Seessel s and Kroger. The company offers more than 1,100 specialty food items, including choice meats, seafood, cheeses, cakes, ice cream, dressings, sauces, beef, caviar, fish, steaks and crabmeat.
