American Shooting Centers, established in 1989 and based in Houston, is a recreational shooting facility located on more than 500-acres in George Bush Park. The center consists a rifle and pistol range with more than 200 positions, trap and skeet range with over five skeet fields, National Sporting Clays Association-certified five-stand fields, and championship sporting clays courses. The fully automated sporting clays facility features more than eight high towers and it also offer a wide variety of target presentations for beginner to expert tournament shooters. American Shooting Centers offers certified instructors who teach beginner, intermediate and advanced students. Additionally, the facility accommodates large groups, tournament events and business meetings with dining and entertainment.
