With over 30 years in the Construction industry, 15 years as a licensed contractor, (inactive status) and 10 years as a licensed home inspector.

I was raised in Phoenix, therefore I have vast knowledge of the Phoenix Metropolitan area building practices. I started working out of high school as a carpenter for a general contractor and preformed extensive framing and remolding work, moving on to get my Framing License and then on to my General Contractors License. After this I finally arrived at my true passion - Property Inspections.
Like most people, in my dealings with service providers, I have always felt most comfortable working with an owner-operator. When you hire Amerivision Property Inspections, you will book your inspection with either my wife or I. When you arrive for your property inspection walk-through, you will meet with me - the person who has prepared your report.
