The wood-burning pizza oven is critical, and Amore's was imported from Italy. In order to get it into the pizzeria, they had to temporarily remove the restaurant's picture window, and forklift it through the opening.

Amore is New Mexico's first and only certified Neapolitan Pizzeria (Associazione Pizzaiuoli Napoletani). Our wood-burning oven is from Naples, Italy. Our tomatoes, flour, and other products are sourced from Naples and around Italy. All of our pizzas are hand-crafted to rigorous standards. Our Pizza Margherita is certified authentic (Specialit Tradizionale Garantita) Amore Neapolitan Pizzeria is committed to the community. A year-round 10% discount is extended to all Military, UNM / CNM Students (with ID), Educators (with ID), Law Enforcement and Firefighters
