To support the technical growth of our stylists we have formed a close relationship with the Bumble & Bumble institute in New York. With their support, we fine-tune cutting techniques. Our stylists also receive advanced training in color from Wella. To complete the program, the apprentice must make his or her way through each level by demonstrating their technical skills with models. Once they have passed all the levels the apprentice is then given the opportunity to cut and color as a stylist at Ana's.
