Andy Rimmel has been practicing law for over 35 years in the St. Louis area. His practice focuses on estate planning and estate administration, tax law and tax controversy resolution, and business representation. He has worked with individuals to develop their estate plans to avoid probate, minimize or eliminate estate taxes, and permit their heirs to take care of financial and healthcare needs in the event of incapacity. He is experienced in drafting special needs trusts benefiting disabled beneficiaries.
Working with individuals and businesses, Mr. Rimmel has represented taxpayers before the IRS and Missouri Department of Revenue to resolve tax audits, remove tax liens and levies and work out tax collection settlements.
