Andyfood A Culinary Studio

AndyFood Inc. is a cookery school based in Scottsdale, Ariz. Established in 2003, the school organizes food classes which include demonstration of techniques, tips and tricks of the trade. It also provides basic courses for the culinary neophyte as well as ethnic, seasonal and holiday classes. The school offers recipe classes for spiced apple and brie tartlets, Mexican wedding cookies, margarita fruit parfait, bacon-wrapped scallops with sauvignon blanc, shrimp in piquant tomato sauce and crab cakes with corn relish.
