Dr. Robert Ingram built the Animal Clinic of Bellshire in 1981 and it is still owned and operated by Dr. Ingram. He was in the first graduating class from the prestigious College of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville. Dr. Turner graduated from the College of Veterinary Medicine at Lousiana State University. She is a caring and affectionate doctor, dedicated to providing your pet with the best possible care.
