Located inside the Hotel Nikko in San Francisco, Anzu is a fine-dining restaurant the features prime aged beef in tandem with sushi. The sushi is prepared under the direction of its Master Sushi Chef and is complemented by the prime beef that is flown in daily from Allen Brothers of Chicago. There is a selection of other entrees, along with decadent desserts. Anzu also offers reserved seats at its exclusive sushi bar to watch Chef Kazuhito Takahashi create the sushi that caused him to be declared the best sushi chef in San Francisco. Only nine seats are available and rarely is one empty. The restaurant also has signature Sake Martinis, as well as other libations and light appetizers, served in the ANZU bar.
