The company designs and plans surface and subsea completions, specifies equipment and services and supervises operations. It provides risk management, budget control and staffing services. Applied Drilling Technology is a subsidiary of Transocean, which is one of the largest offshore drilling contractors in the world. Transocean has more than 20,000 employees and provides a fleet of mobile offshore drilling units to help clients find and develop oil and natural gas reserves.
