Since its inception in 1964, Arby's has been specializing in the roast beef business. Located in Scottsdale, Ariz., the firm is the second largest sandwich chain in the United States. The restaurant's menu consists of roast beef sandwiches, sides, Arby's chicken, chopped salads, toasted subs, curly fries, desserts, breakfast and shakes, among others. Arby's operates more than 3,700 restaurants system wide. It is a subsidiary of Wendy's/Arby's Group Inc., a franchisor of the Arby's and Wendy's restaurant systems.
