Arcadia Brewing, located in Battle Creek, Mich., is a microbrewery specializing in handcrafted British-style ales, and features a restaurant and tavern alongside the brewery called TC s Wood-Fired Fare It s All Good. Established in 1996, it features a distinctive and eclectic menu of wood-fired cuisine and authentic barbecue, prepared exclusively in a unique oven that was imported from Naples, Italy and a barbecue pit fabricated in Nahunta, Ga. Arcadia Brewing s beers, served in the restaurant, are produced in small batches, using a 25-barrel Peter Austin Brewery, and methods originated in England. Several of its beers have received international recognition with medals and awards, including a gold medal at the World Beer Championships.
