Arizona Center for the Blind and Visually Impaired has been providing services for individuals since 1947. Its services are available to adults who are legally blind or visually impaired as well as those who have a degenerative eye condition that may eventually become a visual impairment. The center provides services that include assistive technology, counseling and social work, orientation and mobility training and rehabilitation teaching and social recreation. Its assistive technology Arizona program focuses on training Arizona's vocational rehabilitation one-stop staff. Arizona Center for the Blind and Visually Impaired is headquartered in Phoenix.
