Art Matters LLC is an art collection management company that provides services to fine art collectors in art appraising, art inventory and art consulting. Jane Cofer, is a highly recommended and qualified fine art appraiser. Ms. Cofer studied appraisal methodology at New York University. She specializes in contemporary art and photography but also does appraisals of other art genres. Working with the High Museum of Art on Elton John s collection inspired Ms. Cofer to form Art Matters LLC, an art collection management company, which serves to consult, catalogue and appraise art for private collectors and corporations. Since its inception in 2000, Art Matters has worked to evaluate numerous collections and individual works of art for corporate and institutional clients as well as many private collectors for insurance or IRS related purposes.
