I run a Owner/Operator Lawn Care company that specializes in personalized landscape maintenance. I create a plan of action that is specific for that lawn and the home owners needs and desires. I do not have my clients enter into any contract. I bill monthly for regular services performed and quarterly for fertilization. I do sub-contract my tree trimming, and pest control services to other Owner/Operators I have been working with for many years.

Lawn Care services provide with every visit-Crisp cut lawn.-Accurate edging of sidewalks, driveways, walkways and bedded areas.-Evenly cut weed-eated areas.-Clean surfaces from debris.Also included periodically-Checking irrigation system for water coverage and time regulations.-Cleaning around sprinkler heads.-Checking for bugs, pest, fungus, disease, ect..Optional services-Landscape Maintenance-Trimming of hedges-Pruning of shrubs-Trimming of palms, and trees-Spraying for weeds.-Fertilizing schedule for grass, shrubs, trees and palms.-Pest control-Planting shrubs, annuals, palms, and trees.*Note some work is subbed out to a very close network of other small Owner/Operator companies that I have been working with for many years.ÂConsulting-Don't have a green thumb?
