We adhere to pre-site preparation including cleaning, surface repair and car stop removal. SEALCOATING Sealcoating is the key to asphalt preservation and longevity. Our professional staff will assist you in selecting the sealer product perfect for your needs. We mix all sealcoating products in accordance with the manufactures specification. The sealer is never compromised by dilution with excessive water. Proper mixing, coupled with our standard two-coat application ensures longevity. Surface is wire broom cleaned and oil spots are treated with oil primer, pot holes are repaired, stop bars are repined when needed, and curbs are repaired prior to sealing. Experts in the industry recommend that commercial and industrial asphalt facilities be resealcoated every 2 to 5 years depending on wear and climate conditions to ensure a longer serviceability. STRIPING Proper striping design is the most effective method of traffic control. We only apply DOT approved traffic paint. Our services include Parking Spaces, Handicap Parking, Walkways, Custom Lettering, Custom Stenciling, Curbs SIGNAGE We offer a complete compliment of standard traffic signs that meet state and federal regulations. We also will install custom made and stand signs per request. Our signs are ADA compliant. REPAIR Most repairs are fixing pot holes, damaged curbs, and milling and replacing damaged asphalt. This is always done in a professional manner. We measure and estimate the amount of material needed to properly fix the damaged asphalt. We can also make minor changes to the asphalt if necessary.
