Based in Chicago, the Northwest Home and Rehabilitation Center is a nonprofit facility providing skilled nursing care to the Jewish senior citizens since 1944. The center offers a wide range of services, such as dietary services, housekeeping and maintenance services for its residents. In addition, the Northwest Home and Rehabilitation Center also organizes various activities that include candle lighting ceremonies on Shabbat, special Sunday programs, monthly birthday parties and stimulating daily activities.
