Founded in 1979, Atlanta Airlines Terminal Corporation is a nonprofit organization that specializes in the operation and maintenance of the Terminal Complex at Hartsfield Atlanta International Airport. It provides project management, interior lighting, facility maintenance and ancillary services. The organization offers building management, air conditioning and housekeeping services. It is also involved in the maintenance of a ticketing lobby, transit mall, corridors, elevators, escalators and aircraft ramp areas. Atlanta Airlines Terminal Corporation services and maintains the Central Passenger Terminal Complex. It additionally operates mechanical plants that provide hot and cold water to passengers and employees throughout the facility. The organization is a member of the U.S. Green Building Council.
