The firm is focused on acquisitions, corporate divestitures, management buyouts and mergers of private and closely held public, small and middle market companies. It manages Lincolnshire Equity Fund I, Lincolnshire Equity Fund II and Lincolnshire Equity Fund III. The firm has made more than 50 acquisitions and has invested in a wide variety of industries over the past 18 years. It also has extensive experience in acquiring companies with sales and operations outside of the United States in addition to its domestic operations.
