Axis Community Health

Axis Community Health is a health and wellness center that offers a variety of medical, mental health, addiction counseling and health education services. The center provides pediatric and geriatric medical care, obstetrics, gynecology, family planning, mental health counseling, and drug and alcohol recovery services for teens and adults. Axis Community Health also provides community and school-based health education and domestic violence and anger management programs. The center offers counseling services for adults, couples, families and children who seek assistance with issues, such as anxiety, depression, parenting, relationship difficulties and school behavior problems. Axis Community Health has been operational since 1972 and is located in Pleasanton, Calif.
