Since we are a complete automotive diagnostic and repair facility, we provide a wide array of services under one roof that many shops don't. Our 20-bay shop is divided into an emission inspection area, quick maintenance center, full service exhaust shop and a full service repair shop. We try to meet all our customer needs. Our goal is to empower our customers with knowledge and make the process as smooth as possible. Our General Customer Service Includes Professional, courteous and expert Service Advisors Shuttle service to your home or office Rental cars available at a reduced rate (car drop off & pick-up available) and Free loaner cars (distributed on a first come first serve basis). We have an early bird and night-owl drop-box service for after hours, and a roomy comfortable waiting area with a place for the little ones. There is also Free internet access available (Wifi). There is a Zero percent interest financing available up to one year (See Paying For Repairs). We honor most extended warranties in the business and provide one of the most comprehensive warranties in the business (nationwide / See Our Warranty Policies). We will install your vehicle registration stickers at no charge and to help our do-it-yourselfers we will accept and properly dispose of your waste oil for free. Our FREE Repairs also include scanning your engine computer and advise you of the findings. Please be advised that a diagnostic cannot be done from this alone. The code(s) retrieved are only an indication of what engine sub-system is being affected. We will be happy to suggest a proper course of action. We will always check your fluid levels and tire air pressure at no charge. We will do a preliminary air conditioning check of your vehicle. however, if freon is needed because the system is low, an air conditioning service will be suggested. Our suspension system check-out fee is waived if the suggested repair work is performed. Our brake system check-out fee is waived if the suggested repair work is performed. We will be happy to perform a visual inspection of any vehicle at no charge, however, if components need to be removed or systems tested to properly evaluate the issue in question there will be a charge for that service.
