When we bought our 1918 foursquare home in South Minneapolis in 2003 we knew it needed some work. By 2005 we had done minor improvements and were now looking for more livable space in our home. We decided to finish the basement and appropriately contacted four contractors to visit and submit bids. Bart stood out immediately. We could tell that we could trust him completely with our home.
