Barbara Olson Center of Hope has been providing a wide range of services to children and adults with developmental disabilities for more than 50 years. It offers a variety of vocational, employment, educational, social and habilitative services to teenagers and adults with mental disabilities. The center organizes projects that include participant programs and support businesses. The participant program involves people in blistering and bagging, as well as sealing various items. Its participants label bags, newsletters, boxes and containers. It is a nonprofit corporation that is affiliated with the United Way and is a member of the Illinois Association of Rehabilitation Facilities. The center is located in Rockford, Ill.
