Our approach is very individualistic using a wide range of interventions depending on where the client is on his/her journey. One of our highest values in working with someone is our respect for their own process. We see our role as one that offers support as well as challenge with appropriate timing. When a client is ready, we enjoy guiding them to understand patterns that they learned in their family of origin. Our ultimate hope is to encourage in ways that move people closer to Christ.
