Battleship Cove is one of the largest collections of historic naval ships throughout the world. Located in Fall River, Mass., Battleship showcases numerous ships used during World War II, such as Submarine Lionfish, Big Mamie, USS Joseph P. Kennedy, Jr., Hiddensee and missile corvette. The organization is home to the Massachusetts' official memorial to all Bay Staters killed in service. It offers a wide variety of public programs, including overnight camps, boating programs and boat building, liberty weeks, seaside cinema, camp Cove, nautical nights, summer of work and fun. It provides meeting spaces and conference rooms for corporate groups. In addition to hosting coach tours, Battleship Cove routinely hosts educational groups, veterans reunions, military ceremonies, retired, international exchange and performance groups.
