Beers Elementary School, located in Washington D.C., is a part of the District of Columbia public school system. It is governed by the local board of education. It enrolls more than 400 students from preschool through six. The school provides a comprehensive education in all core curricular areas, and in elementary school the curriculum includes subjects, such as English, mathematics, science and American history. It also gives instructions in health and physical education, computer science, art, and music.
